    Anyways..... Dumaguete is Simply the best... right?

    is it true 15k na ang basic? if it is then it's a good pay considered it is in Dumaguete...

    7921.00 + uban pa! unya pagka akinsi hugaw2wan apil sa performance bunos nga 1k... aw ok na kaau!

    ang ako teamate nga kugihan kaau hapit 9k iya nakuha plus naa pa sya bunos. so ug kwentahon mga dako2x sad para sa Dumaguete nga pagkinabuhi.

    I'm from Dumaguete and got my very first job at Qualfon Cebu a few years back...really enjoyed my stay with the company..cool people, cool work place, but poor food taste served at the pantry lol...It's nice to know that it's now here in Dumaguete..Good luck ninyo Guys..Naa ba cla Nacho ug Angel dre?     im not from qualfon but there seemed to be some discrepancies on how you deduced your salary.
    first, ot pay's are not fixed, you can't put numbers as if it's the exact amount you will be receiving per month. plus, you have to ask permission if you want to go on ot. (depends also on volume of the calls)
    second, night diff. night diff pay starts from 10pm-4am( if im not mistaken) that's according to the law. this is how you compute night diff's : hourly rate x .10( 10% night diff as amended by the law) x hours worked = your night diff pay.
