For me it is not the pay that matter it is the experience and atmosphere that counts....Yes, practically it is but ... what if you got a high pay and you don't also enjoy with what you're doing...it doesn't make sense at all.....

Anyways, earning 10K in the City of Dumaguete is already so much..just the same as you're earning 16 to 20K a month in other big Cities... Asa ka kita ug boarding house ranging from 500-800 bed spacer ..1000 to 1500 for 1 room....... if you have 500 pesos grabe na imong night out ana...hehehe.... mga pagkaon....ganahan ka ug 20 and serve?....... That's why most agents from Dumaguete City who are currently working in Cebu and Bacolod or even in Manila are now starting to come back home and work here....... Imagine-na ra gud... an employee who is earning 10K pero naka palit ug laptop, 8500wave Samsung cellular phone and a motorcycle gikan tanan sa iyang sweldo....

Anyways..... Dumaguete is Simply the best... right?

I'm from Dumaguete and got my very first job at Qualfon Cebu a few years back...really enjoyed my stay with the company..cool people, cool work place, but poor food taste served at the pantry lol...It's nice to know that it's now here in Dumaguete..Good luck ninyo Guys..Naa ba cla Nacho ug Angel dre? im not from qualfon but there seemed to be some discrepancies on how you deduced your salary.
first, ot pay's are not fixed, you can't put numbers as if it's the exact amount you will be receiving per month. plus, you have to ask permission if you want to go on ot. (depends also on volume of the calls)
second, night diff. night diff pay starts from 10pm-4am( if im not mistaken) that's according to the law. this is how you compute night diff's : hourly rate x .10( 10% night diff as amended by the law) x hours worked = your night diff pay.
