I think this is the new modus operandi for the 'akyat-bahay' gang or some group burglars because if a person would want to know where you live (unless you're applying for a job or internet connection), he'd just ask for your number and landmarks of the place and would ask to meet you in the place nearest yours. A sketch would be too definite. But I could be wrong though.
