makatabang jud ang diet like this especially for people wishing to lose weight...I have lost 18 pounds the past 23 days watching what i eat and of course naa jud kuyog exercise

i usually eat fruits & veggies. Tagsa ra kaau na ang pork, pero i eat seafoods..
ako kung unsa ang naa sa lamisa. walay pili2x
any but im not a meaty eater... light lng ako.

2. fish
3. vegetable
4. rice
5. FRuits.........
I usually miss eating greens... carnivore kayo ko haha... but I love fruit juices and cereals...
