If that's the case. I suggest you spend that money (for your HD4350) on a "Reputable" and decent PSU (not generic) since that 9600gt is going to suck a lot of power.

As they all say, don't skimp on the PSU..

detailed suggestions:
1.) buy a branded PSU - silverstone ST50F-ES (500W)
2.) buy a decent video card - at least radeon 5770 (gtx460 or 6870 recommended)
3.) buy additional RAM - make it at least 2 gig (4 gig recommended)

go for ddr3 on a memory instead..it'll make your games run faster..
