In reality no one really owns anything. If you buy something from a store, the receipt is your proof of purchase. If you buy land, the title is your proof. But think about it...what are receipts and titles? Nothing but pieces of paper, with words we as social beings constructed to create this illusion of "ownership". However, the atoms/molecules in those pieces of paper are not "aware" that they have the power to state you actually own something. Once those pieces of paper are destroyed, you really have no proof, except probably OTHER pieces of paper, and so on.
I'm not condoning what this woman has done--it's clear she's out to make a profit from this silly claim.. I'm simply reminding everyone that whatever we have created as a species, are all just "imagined" so that there would be a sense of order in society, and that the reality is, ownership is just an "enforced" concept, enforced by the society we live in.
