    nabasa nako sa FB account sa LTO. kung insakto lang ang focus sa imo HID (eg. sa ubos jd nakatutok or dalan.). ok ra . gikan na nila ang statement. so mg expect jud ta daghan jd mag HID soon. kay ng gawas naman sila ug statement. mostly man seguro ganahan mag HID.

    d pod seguro tanan naka HID irresponsible.

    though opinion lang ko ni.

    HID headlamps - these types of lamps are allowed for as long it has complied with the following:

    * Complied with BCG-MC-99274, March 23, 1999
    - Shall not be dazzling on the driver of the oncoming vehicle
    * Complied with RA 4136 34(c)
    - White or yellowish light
    - Equipped with device for varying the intensity of light (High and Low beam capable)
    pero ang HID bulb ibutang nimo sa pang halogen nga headlight assembly mo glare gyud na ug taman bisan pag nag low beam na kay naa man gud na reflector ang pang halogen nga headlight. kaning HID bulb wala nag kinahanglan ug reflector. ang iyang gikinahanglan kay Projector aron ma filter iyang High Intensity Discharge.

    karaan naman gud ni atong balaod regarding headlamps.. wala pa na uso ang HID.

    With the price of HID kits nowadays EVERYBODY can afford them.

    Also, stereotyping "rich" people as irresponsible drivers and "poor" people as responsible drivers is painting a false picture of how it is really on the roads. My point is, even if ka pila pa na mu agi ug seminar ang driver, if he/she doesn't want to change how he/she drives then the end result would be the same.

    Let's just start with ourselves nalang, let's be responsible and serve as models to other drivers on the road. Eventually the driving populace would catch up and learn how to be responsible in their use of HIDs. I actually see more and more vehicles with projector lenses than 2 years ago so this is not a losing battle.

    HIDs are not glaring to incoming traffic IF used with projectors... Ok lang mag HID basta mag projectors pud. If you can afford to buy HIDs then you can afford to buy projectors.
