Sa Brown envelop naay receipt sa kan-anan, MANILA FOODSHOPPE CORPORATION along Manalili St. dated August 11 or 18 ...medyo ni fade na ang receipt but klaro pa ang day (wednesday)...so it's between those 2 dates lang kay 1 man ang first number. The order was good for 2. Lately lang nako ni napansin na napasok sulod sa envelope. At the back sa receipt naay pirma na murag nag practice sya og signature para sa katong so-called supplier na Mike Berry kay the strokes are very similar sa katong naa sa contract yet ang sa contract kay M Berry lang ang iya gipirma and sa receipt kay Michael Berry. So by this we can say na he really was falsifying documents.

Manawagan ko sa mga istoryan na naa gapuyo near Manalili, I'm sure this Atty. Dario D. Rama Jr. who signed the contract kay naa ra iyang office drang dapita. Please ko help acquire sa iyang office contact number so I can talk to the Atty. Ang atty igo ra man ni mo pirma sa mga papers but ang nagprocess sa paper might be John's friend or something... anywayz, if this is a legit contract naa man nay nka file na copy ang ila office ani.

With all these... mka ingon jud kog diliimpossible na pre-meditated ni na lihok. In other words, a scam.

mao ni ang practice na signature sa likod sa receipt sa MANILA FOODSHOPPE CORP. where he or whoever he was with signed the so-called contract.



His witness here is a certain Maureen Onrubia... I Have searched the name in Facebook and naay ga exist by that name from Cebu. We even have 4 links in common. I have emailed her asking about John but I never got a reply.

These are my pagduda...

First, If you have to make a 2-page contract you should atleast put number page diba? like page 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 to prove that those 2 documents are iisa lang.

Second, the 2nd page contract was typed informally than the first. Instead of indicating it as P25,000 & P35,000, it was typed as 25k and 35k respectively. Even the word iPhone was typed iphone....(mura rag nag text)

Third, the contract doesn't indicate who paid that so-called Mike Berry those amount. It doesn't even indicate who should be the recipient of the iPhones, basta nlang "in transit for delivery to Ozamiz, Philippines"....Ozamiz is a City by the way.....so it should be Ozamiz City.

Fourth, been asking him the copy of his contract with that so-called Mike Berry and the receipts that he have paid those amount pero till now wala syang napakita kahit isa.

Fifth, sobrang spacious pa nong first page, bakit di nlang ginawa in one page tong contract when it can be done that way naman. So meaning, the 2nd page was added by him nlang or whoever he tasked him to do it,thus, walang nka indicate na page number kasi the contract na pinagawa talaga nya was only 1 PAGE.

**I was ecstatic the moment na natanggap ko tong contract pero pagbasa ko sa laman wala talagang ka impact impact nong content. I'm not satisfied and confident kaya I called him agad. Told him it's not worth the P120,000 pay. I even told him it's supposed to be done this way and that pero at that time kasi parang walang no use na yong contract kasi it arrived super late na tapos I have already sent most of the money. It was supposedly for me to encourage others to buy pero since di nga ako confident kaya I decided not to invite more buyers na.

If I may have to think properly, I've been having signs na pala not to pursue with it right? Pero yon na nga, I trusted him so much and I was too desperate na rin to make sales since i have a huge amount to refund from the previous scam pa. Regret always come after the damage has been done....

yes, i think those names were faked and if not, they were used without consent. sis, better if ipa blotter ni nmu sa pulis then ask kag assistance sa NTC or sa dole, or any gov agency. para sila pd m.apil ug pangita aning mga tawhana ug mhibawan kng nsa mn gyd ang tinuod..

a contract is supposed to be at least 3 duplicate copies, and must indicate your ctc number and his. that lawyer is a notary public probably sa may city hall na.

next, that receipt he made is illegitimate, it doesnt even have the proper heading, time, and the signatories' details.

did you pay that amount already?
