I know that uploading animated images for avatar is not allowed cause I tried it many times and obviously I do not have an animated avatar.

Can I ask, what is the reason "ANIMATED IMAGE for AVATAR" is not allowed here @ istorya? Thnak you very much.

Only Mods and Admins can use animated Avatars. They are too distracting if there are too many of them that it takes away the essence of "reading" topics/threads. If everyone uses them, we will all lose our sanity pretty quickly.
