95% ang chans brad if ni-agi ka ug aspire. in my case, i went with through aspire then they considered me as a scholar so they are paying me while nagtrain ko. hehe.

Clarification: Aspire does not pay its trainees. Scholars' Aspire tuition fees are paid for by the Cebu government.
