di ba call center kaya ra man na sa mga high school grads? - kung ari ka sa mga way ayu ug scam na callcenter uu pwede ra, good for 1-6 months raka kutob, but if u work in a prestige company in CEBU CONVERGYS AND JP morgan, basin imo resume kutob ra sa guard.. so think about it, u still need to finish study

do we need a BS degree to be a call center agent? yes.. u still need a bs degree, callcenter agents are not dumb highschool graduates who just dropped out in school and grab a phone and talk to customer, u need to manage and business course and it courses are advantage on this prof. if drop out ka pag ka taw, maka sulod gihapon ka call center, guard ka sa mga callcenter agents bro

I've heard this in the news yesterday also.. Its good to think its giving a lot of jobs to Filipinos but not quite happy as the working hr is not good to employee's health.

your seeing the glass half empty bai. but i respect your opinion. just want to give you another perspective.

although im sad kay naa uban nga ang mga course kay dili gyud related sa call center.pero dili raman na sa call center industry na focus.in fact naa man daghan.
naa gani ko kaila nga mga nurse/front desk.pero more on ila work kay 99% Front Desk then 1% Nurse. Guol ko kay sa kamahal sa ilang tuition nahimo ra sila front desk. but try to see on the bright side.how many graduates walay work ron? daghan diba? naa gani uban nga inutang ilang gibayad pag college. the BPO industry gives them a chance para maka bawi dayon. its not too late man sad to pursue their desired careers. sama sa saying nga "kung gusto maraming paraan, pag ayaw maraming dahilan"...

kung naa gyud sila desire and perseverance nga mo pursue.they can do it.

but until then, at least ang BPO industry kay naa to rescue them. they can still pursue their planned careers. the BPO industry gives them refuge para maka work and enable them para maka help sa ilang family. magnified ra kaayo ang call center but in fact daghan kaayo mga employees karon and sa una pa nga ilang work dili related sa ilang course.

Agree ko ani.. hehe. Sad kaayo ang pilipinas kay ang #1 job para fresh grads call center agent. ang call center agent sa ubang nasud considered na one of the worst jobs.. almost like slavery. many americans would rather be unemployed than work in a call center.
