Therefore, kinahanglan mo salig gyud ta sa mga Med-Tech nato.

in hospitals, nobody gets extracted 500cc of blood without finishing the tests which will take 4 hours for each donor. when there are very special cases, example massive bleeding and wa na gyuy time for delay, pag compatible ang blood, pwede ra diretso mag abono for as long as nag sign og waiver ang kauban sa pasyente. but in regular cases, mandatory gyud ang testing before extraction. kay if ever mag positive siya sa mga tests, sayang ang tunga sa litrong dugo niya nga gi donate nga di ra magamit kay ilabay na diretso.

kung sa blood bank naman, extraction is done first before screening. like in the case of Mass Blood Donations like in medical missions (example kanang mga Blood Letting). coz testing is done in the lab lang and not on the spot sa gi donate tan og blood.

and no, we medical professionals don't sugarcoat these procedures just so the public will trust us, these are standard operating procedures as well as ethics that are established to follow and anyone who fails to comply will have their licenses revoked and will be punishable by law.
