what is the best way in troubleshooting a pc?
i mean, i hear a beeping sound when i turn on my pc

Study computer repair and basic electronics and do a research. Useless if sa codes lang ka kutob kay daghan ang mahimong hinungdan sa usa ka problem.

There Are A Lot of Ways in troubleshooting. Must Do 1st What Is The Cause.
Answer To The 2nd Question: If The Problem Is Beep. There Are 2 Common Deep: Long Beep & Short But Continues...(Either The Video Display Is The Problem or The Ram).
Answer To The 3rd Question: Isolation.
Well You Need To Be Resourceful. You Can Also Try To Ask Mr. Google For Other Matters.
