Mao bitaw mugawas ang job discrimination tungod ani nga mindset abi kay engr. ka di na pde mubuhat ug gagmayng butang. Usual scenario sa asian countries man ni. Mao nakanindot sa uban nasod like australia kay wala sila ani nga batasan.

and most of the people find this okay because it added plus points..
in this type of scenario.. I "guess" they don't pay much attention to their job description.. much of them don't care about such things..

It's okay for me,
In our job organization even the manager would replace
the water dispenser if it is needed.
Showing that a single person should contribute to the cause of everyone,
and be a part of everyone, portraying that thing they called "teamwork".
Water is a necessity for everyone.

@TS.. sa ako previous work, mang limpyo man gani mi sa amo working areas like sa storage room nga pwerting samoka ug aboga.. mang alsa pud mi mga karton nga pertin bug ata.. tag baw mi pang arrange.
well, buhaton ra nuon to namo kung padung na mag monitor ang taga 5S.. kung wala pa'y 5S, wala sad limpyo2x. hehehe..
