By the way, 2 years paman diay ka nga engineer bro, it's ok.... Before, ing ana pod ko, init pa ug dugo... hehehe! Paningkamot lang, you'll find your luck soon..
kuyaw ug dili sad ka patunol ug plete sa jeep kay engineer lagi ka.![]()
i dont see it as downgrading being an engineer. i even see it as a heroic act. unsaon nlng ang uban if dli mgbutang ug tubig.
if you only think of others rather than yourself then that act would be fulfilling. a simple act of charity towards your officemate wont hurt.
aw good luck... nice but I doubt ma buhat nimo ang ka kapoy sa work Plus tagaan pa ka ug another regular task.. which out of your JD without salary increase..
company pays me to work on whats on my JD.. then makita nimo ang uban tao nga mas less work na wala pa gyud sila tagai ug task ana..
Heroic is something that can be remembered..
this is the main issue here and not about the waterboy thinggy. you should have stated that at your first post for the posters not to be mislead. ky you turned out to be arrogant ky engineer ka dli ka mualsa ug tubig.
i think this has nothing to do with downgrading your position but a case of unfair labor practise.mao ni ako tanaw.
yeah youll always be remembered kng mhurot na ang tubig sa dispenser.
Manager: waterboy hurot na ang tubig!![]()
Nope I don't mind at all.. it's not downgrading unless you let yourself think that way. By means of profession you are required to do your task as an engineer right, but we are not insects na we only stick to one task..we oftentimes given extra task that we should diligently comply(consider it your softskill). Although you're right on one point, not included in the JD, but think of it as a daily routine as part of your job.. in the long run it doesn't really matter. Even if you see your colleagues having less work than you and you are being given such task everyday.. hey they should be thankful to you! Unless you want to count eggs in return.. now that's another side of story you'll have to bear. At least you got a chance to exercise once in a while lifting that container... look at the positive side.![]()
