With all due respect sa imo bro, i guess u mean subjudice which you correctly point out as prohibited. But you must bear in mind that under the subjudice rule, what is prohibited is the publication in newspapers or airing in the radio, public views relative to an issue which is already pending in court.

It is worthy to note that istorya forum is exclusive for istoryans only. It does not fall within the ambit and purview of newspaper publication or radio airing.
