before man gud mamalihog ra na ang mga other office staff labaw na ang mga karaan nga staff ang mamalihog sa mga bago.. karon kay ang na hitabo na himo na noon ug sop nila which is "not" at the first place.. Have you tried consulting your boss about this issue? ask him about your concerns, if you feel like dili ka satisfied sa iyang mga tubag (esp if it involve arguements) then try escalating him sa iyahang boss. Para nako ..mao ni decent nga move. (always remember lang, not to fight with him) or else lain nana nga istorya do it with professionalism ...relax lang unya tubaga sha in a decent-manner.

actually that is the correct way of doing.. if controllable with in your department then ma settle ni.
