If you have 100k and you are willing to do hard work. Do selling.
If dili kaayo ka gusto hard work, the Piso piso PC will work for you.
pwede pud ka mag franchise, sa kanang gagmay, like thirsty, hotdog, donuts, etc..
If dili jud ka ganahan ug hard work, invest your 100k to a mutual fund, stock, or insurance.
or you can invest it in other investments like Network Marketing. You can also open up a sari-sari store if willing ka. If you have a job already and ganahan ka naay passive income, and you prefer traditional business jud, most often kailangan jud ka mo hire ug personnel (or option is someone from your family).
Traditional Businesses I can think of:
Sari Sari Store
Supplies Depo
Laundry Service
Photo Studio
Internet Cafe
Photocopy Station
Repair Shop
tukod ug video-kihan woi,,kanang hulog2 singko kay ambot lang dyud nang makahubog halin man kau..hak hak hak
specially karon daghan na kwarta mga taw kay december..dali ra lagi na mo x2 imong kwarta.
If i were you i'd buy a small lot along the road very near schools, and open it as a parking area. Since most schools don't have parking spaces, students have to pay 20 pesos per hour in a parking area and that's like 100 pesos in 5 hours parking. And let's say you have enough parking for 10 vehicles. So, more or less in a day you can earn up to 1,000 pesos. That's also good, if you wanna start small. If big, i'd go Real Estate.
