Mao ni problema sa atong DepEd...sige allow ug kurso sa mga eskwelahan without foresight/hindsight/oversight...no sight ra gyud ang ilaha. Kalooy sa atong mga ginikanan ug estudyante...wasting time, money and effort. Inig graduate...walay klarong padulngan.

di ba call center kaya ra man na sa mga high school grads? - kung ari ka sa mga way ayu ug scam na callcenter uu pwede ra, good for 1-6 months raka kutob, but if u work in a prestige company in CEBU CONVERGYS AND JP morgan, basin imo resume kutob ra sa guard.. so think about it, u still need to finish study

do we need a BS degree to be a call center agent? yes.. u still need a bs degree, callcenter agents are not dumb highschool graduates who just dropped out in school and grab a phone and talk to customer, u need to manage and business course and it courses are advantage on this prof. if drop out ka pag ka taw, maka sulod gihapon ka call center, guard ka sa mga callcenter agents bro
