With times now, we cannot guarantee ourselves to really attain a complete balanced meal...fruits, veggies, juice, etc. so we need to have food supplements and there are a lot to mention. We can buy it over the counter or a lot course through networking. I have tried a lot depending on my budget. It's better to try a lot so you will know what fits your body needs. My hubby takes Centrum A to Z. I take an iron, calcium and vitamin C supplement.
