Nag AVR mo o nag UPS?

I thought Omni is a good brand. Not anymore. Where did you buy it?

I was even thinking of buying that same AVR in Robinson's last week. But when I look at it closely, it was kinda old stock. And it wasn't the 1000w I was looking for, so I didn't get it.

Too bad I already get to buy Omni 2500w surge protector 2 weeks ago. I bought it because it says it has lightning protector. Panther's surge protectors specifically says in their packaging that they can't protect lightning surges. I'm not sure if Omni will exactly do what it says in the packaging either. I live in second floor apartment where lightning can turn my monitor off & on again in a split second. I planned to pair it with 1000w AVR. It won't be an Omni AVR for sure.

naa ko diri manila bro, sa hardware exchange sta. lucia mall... ok baya tong ilang 1500W nga model nila akong gamit sa na bro, wah ko nagka problem... naguba lang toh kay na ondoy

kani akong gi palit ron, 500W ra nga model kay usa naman lang ka PC akong kabit... sa una duha man, mao toh 1500W akong gi palit...

i doubt sad nga na overload, matay CPU og LCD monitor ra gud naka connect unya wah pa jud gani ma on...

Maybe it got damaged already the night before, and by morning it just fizzled. To use AVR safely, plug only a total load of 75% of the AVR's wattage. You might want to try plugging an electric fan first. Or just the cpu or monitor, but not both. The load could be higher than you thought which causes the fuse to blow up.
