    TIYAN TAMBOK = KAON (MORE THAN MINIMUM CALORIE INTAKE PER DAY)
    TIYAN NORMAL = KAON (MINIMUM CALORIE INTAKE PER DAY)
    TIYAN NIWANG = KAON (LESS THAN MINIMUM CALORIE INTAKE PER DAY)

    NOW, kana gipang mentioned nga posts above like sit-ups, jogging, gym ... etc! those are things that would help you burn calories... so base it with the formula on how you go over tweaking it!
    Meaning, if dako jud ka ug kaon kay hakog jud ka ug HUMBA or LECHON! ayaw i-compromise imong kaugalingon para at least enjoy gihapon ka sa imong lyp! pero use formula #1 instead... sigurado ha lang na you have to do something like jogging, alsa puthaw sa gym or anything nga mo used up sa imong gi kaon! ....have fun hope this helps!
