Caught Members Violating Bump rule and 3 Post in Front Page rule

let me explain this further on why i had come up with such an interpretation.

first of all.. as a seller, i think it is our responsibility to provide "all" necessary details to sell our items. this is to minimized if not avoid the "question & answer portion" in the thread. dili pud uroy mo kapoyan anang uban nga mag cgeg pangutana..nya mangutana ra raba, dili mopalit.hahaha

by not providing more details, people of course would ask. hence mag cge og saka ang thread..how do we call it strategy? or playing with the rules? hehe again, unless otherwise that's the intention. i happen to see a thread here before in BSTC that with less than 24hrs, ni accumulate og almost 3 pages, selling only one item. how could we explain that?

again..as i say, i don't think anybody here is in life & death situation. yes we are oblige to answer, but there are other ways not to exploit the 12hr bump rule, through "pm" or text/call. 12hrs is not that much to lose a prospective client..most client will wait for answers.

BTW, an interested client will be the one finding ways to acquire the items, & not the other way around. (ako lang pud ni). hehehe

just want to ask bro what are the "all" necessary details to sell our items your referring to? coz ive been selling items here sa Istorya since last year and most of my items are negotiable, so if it's negotiable i guess you wont post your last price right? since the item has an exact price BUT negotiable, if you will post ALL details like last price of course dili na sya negotiable obviously, so my point is naa ra gihapon "question and answer" portion here. it's not only last price naa sab uban mo scrutinize pa jud sa item even stated na sa thread.

ni voice out lang ko it's bcoz hilig man gud ko ug reply like "PM SENT" because i really don't like posting my contact numbers sa thread (i know you know why - for privacy reasons? makasabot man siguro ang MODS ana since im not really into selling ang panginabuhi, mo sell lng ko if walay gamit ang item sako), and by replying last price, contact number is not considered as bumping my thread like "UP" or "SAKA"... for me lang, when you say PM SENT you did not ignore the question/s sa buyer or makita sab sa uban potential buyers na active ka bcoz gina note nimo tanan nila queries.

i guess we know what the MODS mean about this thread... kanang sobra na ba nga BUMPING ug daghan threads either same or not the same items basta ni lapas ug 3... i believe MODS are not that super strict man pud na mo ingun ka lang "PM SENT" nag violate nko kay same as bumping my thread, otherwise stated sa FORUM RULES na PM SENT or CHECK YOUR INBOX is considered as UP or SAKA SAKA SAKA.....

and i dont agree with this line - "an interested client will be the one finding ways to acquire the items, & not the other way around." it's the seller who wants to reach out buyers and not buyers to the seller because buyers have lots of options or choices unlike sellers.

have u tried selling an item? oh yeah, ive seen some threads of yours that you sell items also here in Istorya, and you replied a lot of queries even stated already in your thread, right? now you can get what i mean.

and oh, if ana ka strict ang mga MODS (very very strict 100%), i "guess" naka received naka ug infraction pud, much worse temp ban, did you?

(sorry, i go beyond computers & accessories.. but i felt this is the best way to explain it).

"unnecessary details".. i would agree with you about the last price, not to post. to add also is location & contact #.. although the rules says "it's a requirement to post a contact #". but again, i agree with you, kay nakasulay pud ko.. mura ko og naay sobra 10 kabook textmate. cge og hangyo, halos pangayuon.. nya dili diay mopalit.hehehe

it's fine with me (akoa lang pud ni) if you reply "pm sent", "check your inbox", or whatever your term would be.. as long not to exploit the 12hr rule. if it does, still good for you and everybody else, cause i could not give an infractions. hahahaha

and with your questions about infraction / temp ban - man, try to search my post and try to compare the hours between my post
and most of my reply to them is thru pm sent
i only post "pm sent" it is to just bump my thread BUT still in 12hours rules

it also applies here boss not just in real estate....like sa iphone kadaghan namaligya diri ug iphone barato ug mahal if ingon ana ang buot pasabot sa 12hr rule nga d pwede mo reply sa inquiry makaingon gyud ko bati kaayo diri...kay for me thats part of marketing man gyud nga all inquiry should be answer walay labot ani ha ang minaro nga style like daghan ug account para lang maabot ang iyang thread sa first page...
