... here's one of our folklore, any eye-witness accounts??

.. to start off, my mother and her cousins ( elementary years ) saw a humanoid figure with a fin on it's back standing on a rock in the middle of Cagayan river. Then it jumped in the water with no splash whatsoever, a perfect dive so to speak. hehehe. They asked my grandmother what it was, all she could answer was it's a shokoy. but my mom never beleived it. hehehe.
