you are still ok or good or nice 'coz atleast u have forgiven & accepted the fact na it
happened..there'll be no hatred or anger.. but you just simply cannot forget it and it
will be a lesson for you to learn ..

To forgive? YES.
To forget? NO.
Forgive and Forget. How sweet the words sound, and how soothing to the mind and conscience for everyone. For all of us who have been wounded by another and struggled to understand and move beyond our feelings of hurt and anger. We may forgive easily, but to forget seems a little strange. You cannot work to forget something. One has to let it slowly pass from your mind by thinking or doing other things that put distance on the incident in question.
forgive. No
forget. Yes
i dont know.. i keep on telling 2 mah self na na forgive na nako xa. but everytime ma think nako iyang gibuhat.. maglagot jud ko.. mao ng lisod jud i forgive and i forget ang gibuhat!!!
