You may call it nepotism but most of my relatives is working in BIR. One is a Head of the document processing section, others are examiners ranging from RO1-RO4 and my aunt is even an RDO (Revenue District Officer) thats the highest position in a BIR branch. As what they said, wala gabayad income tax ang mga schools owned by the church such as San carlos, San Jose, etc.... and Hospitals such as Perpetual Soccour. Ila gideclare as non-stock non-profit mao nang exempted sila. You may check it yourself, they could be wrong.
Ila gideclare as non-stock non-profit mao nang exempted sila.
..really amazing fact. they still have the guts to declare it as a non-profit business establishment when it's obvious that it garners a lot of profit.
.. for what?? where will the extra money go?? no wonder the priests and nuns of these business, so to speak, have the latest cellphones and cars.
bisan gani land tax deli na sila gabayad, to think hinectaria ng ilang mga campuses and ang uban prime properties pa. sus kita na middle income earner magbayad pa gani ta sa land tax.
