mao btaw...bisan balibalihon ang kalibutan..mailhan ra jud sa passing rates...di jud na malalis..if aesthetics pud hisgutan...usc japon...facilities usc japun....beauty usc japon...di jud na nato malalis....sa topnotchers kay pyter pud..hehehe...

Kung top 20 colleges/universities in year 2009 ang
basehan, USC ray nakasulod sa cebu.
Sa visayas, naapil ang Silliman. Base kini sa PRC/Ched
report.
Pero kung HIGH %ages (over-all school's disciplines) ang
basihan sa mga board exam results (kahit wala maapil
ang schools sa TOP 20), mao ni ako preference sa cebu:
Velez, CNU, USC, UP, CDU, CIT, USJR, UC.
Pero sa tanan schools nga na mentioned, only USC
(consistent) and USJR (intermittent) ang pumapasok sa
Top 20.
