if the IrO of Mandaue hadn't entered the picture the Paulus Canete imbroglio would have been solved in the first year of the first term of Mayor Jonas

the failure of the IrO of Mandaue from winning the last elections was a direct result of their overly politicizing many issues for selfish political ends
