If this will make children stay away from drugs, gangs, and illegal activities, then by all means go ahead. But like sir peewee said, don't focus on boxing, there are also other sports, or or say educational stuffs that would greatly help kids.

ok ra man sad ni ang proposal ni mr. dizon at least ang mga bata ma involve sa sports like boxing pero ayaw kalimti boxing is a brutal sports mas maayo tngali lain na lang kanang mo excel ghapon ang mga filipino basta sports.....

Maybe Cebu City Hall plans to do this:
Spend P100,000,000 on putting up boxing clinics in every barangay.
Spend P10,000,000 on all activities and matters related to other sports.
