y not open in photoshop imong image nya copy and paste, create new layer empty, resize ang image then ang new size sa image use the stroke (inside or outside) then paste the your image it's easy ma carry over pa imong exif info

ako gamiton is: (using photoshop) increase canvass size of the original image with my desired dimension and with white fill, then increase canvass size again now with the black fill. <-- save as photoshop action hehe

sir, just wanna ask. would it still process a batch of photos w/ different sizes, aspects and dimensions? thanks..
aside from photoshop (which i only have rudimentary knowledge)..is there another program that can do batch processing? thanks in advance..

later on you might want to look into photoshop action scripts for putting borders. or if you have plenty of photos to put borders into, try looking into lightroom + mogrify to automate/batch process putting borders and watermark in your photos. once setup, you can just click on all the photos you want to put borders into, then export. mogrify will do the rest
