Scorpia, TOP 3 strength: knowledge to JRR Tolkien's Books, being mean, brutally honest, blunt and stubborn, and of course, my apathy. As for the TOP 3 weaknesses, I'd rather not discuss as some people tend to use it against you whenever they see an opportunity. The only thing I can divulge, is my dedication to people I consider friends. I'd die and/or fight for them even if it means taking over the fight as long as I see fit. LOL.

Inday Nikki, I have to say that it's related to my answer on how to be a good moderator. Good personality, commitment to the site, to stand an argument and implement the site rules or even bring peace for each member in a placid way. It also requires a whole dosage of common sense, give the right judgement, assessing and implementing punishment fairly. Next is vouched by a senior mod and screened by the admin. Lastly, approved by BEOR and GALADRIEL.
