Money is meant to be your slave not your master.

It's ok to work for the money for a certain period of time but make sure to let money work for you later.

Become the master of money, give, save, and invest for your future.

I didnt use books in running the business coz in d 1st place i dont have books & i dont like reading that much. I dont have any business background, business education or circle of friends influencing me. So whats left for me is just common sense and a keen sense in spotting opportunities.

Thanks bro lorenzoleo for this very applicable input.

You don't need to be complicated to become successful, all you need is to do simple things over and over again. you can move people if you teach them simple things and Common sense.

"money is not the most important thing in the world but it affects most of the important things."

let money work for you, become the boss of money not the other way around.

The question is, makakaon ba pud ka kung wala kay kwarta? Will your life be comfortable? More importantly, will the quality of your family's life be good? Let's face reality, money is a necessity and most of all it isn't evil. Though it isn't everything, it is a very important thing.

Let's look at it in a different way, of how money could bring good things to us and our family. We only live once in this world so why not make our life worthwhile? Without money, we will be in misery.

Money brings a lot of things:

[1] If you have money, you have influence
[2] If you have money, you're a somebody
[3] If you have money, you could help other people in different ways
[4] If you have money, you could be a blessing to others (either by teaching them how to earn more or to share your money)
[5] If you have money, your life will be a lot better
[6] If you have money, your family's life will be a lot better.

    ..and the list goes on.

Money is just one of the tools that could make our lives better. Imagine living and struggling in making ends meet

[1] Many family problems are caused by money problems (lack of money that is)
[2] Lack of money leads to poor education of the children
[3] Lack of money leads to poor health care (or in fact, none at all.. tragic)
[4] Lack of money sometimes is the causes of crimes
[5] Lack of resources bars one from doing the things that he wants in life
[6] Lack of money makes one struggle to cover his and his family's needs
[7] Lack of money is never easy

Money is basically the bottom line of most things that we do. Why do we work (even to the extent of leaving our families to go abroad)? Why do we start businesses? Why do we invest? Why do we save? It's because of money. We want to have abundant resources later on and simply want to live a comfortable life.

It's ironic because people hone their skills in order to earn money but never bothered to improve their money skills/knowledge. Knowing how money works is the key because if we know how money works, we could make money work for us rather than us working for money.
