musamot kanindot ang benefits sa mga CC agents ani. and i can't blame those skilled workers especially kanang mga graduate ug law nga mag call center agents.

hehehe
Sen. Miriam is indeed right
if the security problem and infrastructure is addressed, Cebu has so much more potential.
Sen. Miraima Defensor has a point. Dapat lng pud woist! used to work with a BPO company and mind you dili malalis ang mga issues inside the companies.
I think what Miriam is trying to say is: "The Philippines is on its way to becoming the world's call center capital. That is why I am going to propose anti-business and pro-labor laws that will make sure this does not happen."
salamat gyud ani.. haha!
mas ganahan ko philippines as BPO capital of the world. i would rather have the BPO's spreading althroughout the country and not just cebu alone so that other places in the philippines can earn too and people doesn't have to come here in cebu or manila for employment. they can just stay where they are and be with their families.
