Banco de Oro Unibank Inc. (BDO) as the best domestic bank and
Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) as the best cash management bank in the country.
Finance Asia also awarded BPI as the best trade finance bank while BDO was named as the best foreign exchange bank in the country. The survey was conducted from June 1, 2009 to May 17, 2010.
A subsidiary of BDO, BDO Capital, meanwhile, received three awards, namely, best equity house, best bond house and best investment bank in the Philippines.
CITI was awarded as the best foreign commercial bank in the Philippines while Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) was named as the best foreign investment bank.
