same story with my Honda City 1999 model... At one point, hubas jud ang radiator... I did check everything... Radiaotor, hoses, etc... And it seems wala problema dira...
Then nawala for about 2 weeks, then hubas na sad... My problem that time was the water pump... I am so lucky that I did not screwed up my head gaskets and cylinder heads...
Im a little bit hesitant to drive the car in longer trips, and decided to sell it for good...

Are both of your fans working? Try to check. Had similar problem before. Pero mo overheat ra kung hinay dagan (e.g. stop-go traffic)
But since mo overheat ka at high speed, must be the water pump or clogged imo tubes. Also try flushing your coolant.

btaw mas mau pa check na lang jud bro sa qualified mechanics....to avoid bigger expenses if ever ma affect apil na ang cylinder heads....
