i do agree that liempo has been here for so long. but only now it gained in poplularity.
question is since there are a lot of liempo houses copying one another. did it become a fad?
so was the pizza houses. takoyaki and shawarma stands pearl shakes. did i forget some?

It's like saying BBQ is a fad. or even lechon baboy is a fad.
The nature of Philippine business is like a copy cat.
you have to distinguish your business from the rest.

If you are doing good in business chances are someone would want to enter that business.

Look at the Tarpaulin making.... so many entered in that business bringing prices down.
Unless you form a cartel like Oil companies that dictate pricing.
It boils down to quality and price.


the competition is getting intense in the liempo. Inevitably some will close down.
