it's not unhealthy to work 12 hours everyday - unless you yourself is not physically fit - working 12 hours a day is like you have to be awake and do something for 12 hours.
you are being compensated with your working days and hours - i don't see that unhealthy - unless you work in a construction firm and you have to hammer nails every minute, but i believe you're not.
DOLE is not always the last resort - talk to your HR - HR is bias i know that but you can vent your sentiments to them but i'm sure HR will listen and understand.
cooking and preparing for work are part of a working-persons' daily routine - don't complain.
u signed up for that - u mentioned it was clearly written about force OT it did not mention for 1 week or 1 year, it's open. there's a saying about law - "ignorance of the law excuses no one"
i think it's not the number of hours or days of working that you are complaining - i think you're complaining about time for youself.

you sign the contract ayaw ug reklamo... kung dili ka ganahan? resign.... kiha ka? for what? you signed the contract... mao nia kasagaran sakit sa mga empleyado tagsa ra kaayo sabton ang mga contrata... unya reklamo... a contract is a legal binding agreement... you can use that against your employer and they can use that also against you... better resign nalang.... if feel nimo unhealthy... ive experienced similar situation before on innodata for 16 hours a day for almost a year (Lawbook), usahay adto na gani matulog... reklamo ko? wla because i am well compensated...
