Im an HRM student and the best hotel I can recommend to you, assuming that you are not in a tight budget, is
Shangri-La
since its a 5 star hotel, amenities and facilities are nice
and if within the city I guess, let them try out Raddison Blu but its really expensive, the lowest price rate is 5000+

Im also an HRM student and often dine and stay on a hotel...and Radisson Blu cant say anything its one of the best here in Cebu if your in the city...if not ill recommend Imperial Palace and Shangri-La
