Maalala ko lang....if I had a new resto...barely a week old...and there are faces I dont know... (assumed na yan nga ang friends ko pupunta)...then I would go to the table of the unknown patrons..introduce myself...ask how they learned about the resto...ask how the food was...etc etc. PR work ba...

Niduol lang man yung GM nung I asked the waiter for a calling card of the restobar. The owners were in full force kahapon...first week-end kasi... HINDI AKO PA-IMPORTANTE...ang akin lang eh...iba siguro ako thinking of the handling the business HANDS-ON....hehehehehehe

The enthusiasm of the waiter namo more than compensated for the owner's lack (IMHO). Buti na lang masarap ang food...hehehehe

I agree with d`monyita, what most filipino resto-owners lack is creating a "personal" rapport with their customers. What's a wrong with spending a little time with customers? greeting them, asking them how do they like the food and if everything is in order. Getting personal feedback from customers is probably the best way to evaluate the business. Some customers come up with the best ideas.

pros : live acoustic music, big space with garden dining area and LOTS of ceiling fans

cons : the food we ordered wasnt really as tasty as i hoped it would be. sisig was too chunky and not spicy enough. buttered chicken had too much flour daw and too few ra the pieces for the 120 price.

para nko, mas lami pa didto sa iyang tapad og atbang. pero in fairness, i only tasted 2 dishes rman sad... next time i'd like to try their steaks, scallops and tuna belly para mka compare jd ko.

uy...it was pretty early too ..around 730 last friday mi nangadto. at first wla ko naanad coz i found the live music too loud but taud taud ok rman.. maybe we sat too near the speakers cgro. live music nila was a lone male singer with an acoustic guitar. not a bad idea at all..eheheh dunno if they have live music everynyt tho..
