Yep, Sir Lerin was already out of the picture for quite a while already.. what i only knew is that
there has been a major changes not just with the facilities but also with the staff.. if not
because of the request for recommendation/suggestion sent by miss susan chung to me
and rest of the batch then i wouldnt know that she's already heading the accountancy dept.

as to the canteen issue.. i hope they will leave up with their reputation (this time) as the cleanest
campus canteen here in cebu (if xman's statement is true) it makes me squirm everytime i get
to recall my experience with that place ( igo raman ko nakapalit ug food na naa cockroach
naglangoy langoy! )

I'm sorry to hear that giver_bert. Well maybe that was during our time 94-98 when USJR MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE CANTEEN then was recognized as the cleanest and biggest school canteen in the whole cebu and were aware of that and can't deny the fact. Yeah alot of complaints being thrown to them but that's part of the business. Still we should be thankful that they were serving us a variety of healthy, delicious and affordable meals. Maybe sometimes naa may lapses happened like any other restaurants. They even received good credits esp. the students of College of Law that came from diff. Univ and as well as the CPA reviewees..Take note even the SGV group lead by Mr. Donald Amparo if you know him had their lunch there before.But after I graduated wla nko kabalo until one of the daughter of the canteen's board members (high school prof) shared to me na wla na ang canteen.

Unta after ka nipalit atong naay cockroach na galangoy-langoy imo unta gi-inform si Mr. Padul,Mrs. Digao etc.(im sure kaila jud ka ani accounting prof ni nimo) Mr. Rivera ug kinsa pa imo nailhan na Commerce teachers pra ma aksyonan nila.

OT: Btw my nick is "xmen". Unsa ka year ni graduate? Batch mo ni

i was once a josenian... pero carolinian nako ron...

anyways... all i can say bout USJR is very tight ilang discipline sa ilang students... fromt the outfit, to the haircut, and most of all sa behavior...

pero di jud malikayan nga naa jud mga peeps nga makadaot sa name sa school.. ambot na lang ana nila oi!!!! hehe... basta ako, im outta there... hehe!

For me personally being strict was all worth-it. I dont have any regrets at all. USJ-R is my dream school evahh!

mao jud xmen... personally, i believe that USJr is a good school... though naa siya mga flaws but still i can say that nindot ilang training... i've been there all through0ut my high school life...

i miss someone who used to sit beside me wearing green skirt....

the school canteen went down when mr. padul ceased to be directly involved in it, things have changed a lot probably since the time you left the campus and as much as i don't want to put a stain with how you remember the campus canteen to be as such, i was just basically stressing my experience. really i don't have anything against that establishment, it's just that i can help it everytime i get to recall my experience-ka grabeh sad siguro no wala gyd nila nabantayan! and if you're asking me if i did consult it to him (mr. padul).. yeah i did, in fact i advised him about it few hours after that incident-we happened to be neighbors and most of the time we go home together.

i graduated last october of 2002.. the batch was considered to be the cream of the crop ( 2 summa, 6 magna, and roughly 29 cum laude - only two of them were not accountancy studs! )

actually my experience as an ADELANTE student is really very nice and funny.. especially the early morning sked the 7am sked.. na magdagan dagan ka kay ma late ka then maau na lang ig abot nimo sa skul kay nag FLAG pa.. ahahahah magkatawa jud ka..and to think sa hagdan sa main building na perteng layoa sa mga ang2.. murag gi build para sa mga estudyante na higante.. ang bathroom na dili masudlan after class kay perteng punoa.. ang lobby na lumoton ig bell kay manggawas na ang mga estudyante.. ang 5-5:30 na RECESS.. if mag birthday pa ang DEAn kay mag uwan pa ug kendi.. sa USJ-R ra na ug wa nay lain pa... heheheh

all those memories are still here.. even though na empacho ko sa bam i..
