Well, it's open for anyone above age 18 years, male or female, their past Martial Arts background does not matter and there is no uniform (just use something you can train in).....
That means if you like to learn more about FMA/Eskrima like the Villasin style:
Villasin Style (Close Range Eskrima):
GREAT GRANDMASTER ATTY. JOSE VILLASINPROFILE OF A GRANDMASTER
The late Atty. Jose Villasin was a prolific father of fifteen children. Most of the children took up Balintawak Eskrima including the girls Evelyn (now in the U.S.) and Cherryl. All the four boys Jesus, Joey, Dennis and John took Eskrima seriously but only the latter pursued to be an instructor. Atty. Jose Villasin represented one of the biggest Labor group in Cebu City the Allied Labor Union also known as ALU. He was the first President of Balintawak International Self-Defense Club then a misnomer at that time when the Club was hardly even recognized outside Cebu City. But now, with the increasing popularity of Eskrima abroad, the name Balintawak has become a buzz word in the international Filipino Martial Arts community.

Or the Nickelstick Balintawak (Close Range Eskrima w./ parts from Long Range Eskrima):
About Nickelstick
World Nickelstick Eskrima club was established on the 27th of April 2003 .The term “WORLD” is used because the Nickelstick Eskrima Club is represented by instructors from the Philippines, England, United States, and Europe. It is also our hope that we propagate Balintawak Eskrima to the rest of the World. “NICKEL” is from Nick ELizar’s name. “STICK” signifies the single stick style of Balintawak, while “ESKRIMA” represents the filipinized Spanish word which Filipinos have come to name their martial arts, a term that comes from the Spanish esgrima, loosely defined as “the art of fencing”. We also use Balintawak style, originated from the Cebu club headed by the late Grandmaster Teofilo Velez, the late Grandmaster Atty. Jose Villasin and the late Great Grandmaster Venancio Bacon. GM Nick Elizar learned and mastered Balintawak Eskrima from the original school. It is also from this club, in which Grandmaster Nick Elizar headed the white chapter of Teovels Balintawak Group, that the World Nickelstick Eskrima Club was born.

Or the Dacayana System (Long Range Eskrima):
”’Grandmaster Alberto D. Dacayana Sr.”’
In 1962 Alberto D. Dacayana Sr., began his studies in the unique style of SAN MIGUEL ESKRIMA, with the late Grandmaster Felimon “Momoy” Canete. Momoy was considered, during his time, as the “Walking Bible of Eskrima”.
It was during this period that Albert Dacayana began to gain recognition from his Grandmaster as a rare individual who could easily create techniques based on anticipation. In the 1970’s Albert Dacayana was given the authority to teach thousands of soldiers at Camp Lapu Lapu, Lahug, Cebu City, as an official instructor of both Eskrima and Combat Judo, while also being active in the service of the Military Philippine Constabulary.
