For me daghan ayo idea about an effective leadership pro wala gyuy absolute formula ani. Ang uban moingon democratic way of leadership maoy pinaka effective ang uban sa authoritarian sad ang epektibo. Walay absolute nga formula kay nag depende na sa situation sa kontekstong polical kultura, immediate need or priority sa komunidad.
