what's the criteria? best in terms of what? barbecue, chinese, japanese, fastfood, lutong cebuano, etc? bisag naay criteria lisod gani gihapon, it's all a matter of opinion. basig ingnon pa ka sa uban nga ang the best kay ang pungko-pungko haha
