CM Extreme 500W or Silverstone STF50L?

I think I'm ending up myself with GTS250 1GB or HD5750 1GB (next week or two)
so I need advice on which power supply I should get

COOLERMASTER EXTREME 500W (tobeymaguire's)
SILVERSTONE STF50L-ESL Non-Modular (dhekoy33's)

both are still with warranty and both are sold for P2,000
and can I trust these sellers?
