Cebuano actor shot dead by tanod!

let's say this tanod has good intentions. but could be also be:

too trigger happy...shot first ask questions later or pa hero2x as some call it
lacks professionalism in terms of handling a firearm, doesn't even know the rules of engagement (but then even some police personnels lacks the same)

let's not question or make it an issue nalang why he is issued or allowed to carry a firearm kay rampant
kaayo na nga case diri sa atoa about people possessing or carrying firearms--licensed or not.

I'd rather question boths parties between local authorities and the film crew or organizers.
wala silay coordination?

did the film crew or organizers advise, brief or gave proper information about the event occurring in the said locality?
and in accordance to it did the local officials or authorities brief, advice their staff & personnels including this gun totting tanod?

my point is this is one incident that could be easily avoided and simple ra man unta ang mga protocols.

loose ra kaayo atong laws regarding firearms....mura ra pud ni ga hatag pusil sa bata nga as if its a
toy to just easily point around and say "bang!! patay ka!"
