There are two ways to do it.
    1. you can re-enter the account if it redirects you to their SMARTBRO portal.
    2. you can clone mac address into the Wifi router so that smartbro thinks you didnt change your setup at your place

Just inform us your setup so that we can better help you with the configuration.
We will have to do telephone or remote support on this product.
unsaon pg configure 1 and specially 2... thanks interested ko..

Smartbro fixed Antenna subsription does the registration based on the mac address of the computer/router it was last registered to.

    scenario #1
computer connected directly to smartbro fixed antenna
upon initial registration, the mac address of that computer will be the one reflected on smartbro database.
if you connect that to a different computer, it will redirect you to smartbro portal which would ask to you input your username and password again.

    Solution #1
simply provide your username and password - it should work right away.
    Solution #2
copy the mac address of the original computer and put it to the different computer and it should work even without the username and password.

    scenario#2
    using a wifi router

solution is the same with above.
Note: tenda has mac cloning feature that will come in handy.

This is very subjective, some claimed to have the entire floor of a building working without problems.
There are also some who complained of dead spots and not covering the entire house.

The signal is very much affected with the concrete walls and also other equipment using the 2.4GHz bandwidth (like cordless phone and wireless CCTV)

Over-all there are a lot of users for tenda and I havent heard of problems or complains yet.
