civilians can carry a firearm . you just need to have a PTC ( permit to carry ) all you need is your licensed firearm, supporting documents and money in applying for your PTC. need lng pud na concealed i think. you can carry it as long as concealed siya. be a RESPONSIBLE FIREARM OWNER lng pud bro![]()
