For Nissan March K11's with 14pin consult plug you can do this to read fault codes sa imong ECU
Reading Nissan Fault Codes
I performed this already last weeekend and it returned 55 (No Malfunction/Fault).
Then TURN OFF your car.
Then e perform tong instructions above regarding how to read fault codes.
1. Switch Ingnition to ON (But dont start the Car)
2. Bridge this two using paper clip or wire for 2 seconds
3. Observe and write down the sequence of flashed produced by the engine check light on the dash.
Long flashes are counted in 10's and short/quick flashes are counted as 1's.
see reference link sa fusion-motorsport regarding the fault codes.
4. Then start up the engine and hold it above 2000rpm.
5. The engine light now represents what the ecu is receiving from the O2/Lambda sensor.
Engine light on means a lean exhaust gas mixture.
Engine light off means a rich exhaust gas mixture.
It should pulse on & off on at least 1/2 sec intervals. if not, then the O2 sensor is defective.
6. Turn Off Enging.
7. Switch Ignition On (Do not start the Car)
8. Bridge napud balik to get fault code
9. After taking note sa fault code then bridge again to clear fault code sa ECU.
NOTE: I've tried this sa Nissan March K11 (1992-1997) nga model. Dili katong pre-facelift or facelift nga model.
-> Nissan March - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
