the answer to this question depends wether you are pro or anti...
I assume you would blame the opposition right?

Let's take a look at previous administration who are bothered by controversies...
Marcos - should we blame the opposition at that time?
ERAP - should we also blame the opposition at that time?

Again I assume that you will not blame the opposition at that time.
.. why shouldn't i blame the opposition?? Just look at the line-up of the opposition; intelligent and cunning and united. But why are they putting all these nice traits to nonsense issues?? if only they could put all of these to good use, like thinking of solutions and supporting the government , our country would have prospered a long time ago. You see, why oppose ?? cause you see corruption by the president?? if she would be ousted, what then What will it bring?? the president is just one person, one person can't make a whole country. The country is the people. These opposition should start to rethink of their motives and look at the bigger picture. I always see the opposition calling out let us be united . what?? you can't even unite with your own country.

    - OPPOSITION will rule the land
    - ERAP will be vindicated of his plunder case
    - MAGDALO and other mutineers will be freed
    - ERAP will have his vengeance on PGMA
    - CORRUPTION RISES AGAIN
    - ECONOMY DOWN
    - BAd
    - BAD

.. ok, granted that GMA is ousted and another president will seat on that hot chair, for sure there still would be an opposition against that president.

@Fing..nah they will not take it personally because that is what their hearts are after =)

..as i fully analyze our current political situation, i come to think that ERAP is behind every plan the OPPOSITION will trounce on PGMA..impeachments, destabilization..et al

i hope the pro ops will able to realize that as well.

so you will also blame the opposition during the time of Marcos? coz for all we know he is brilliant, Ninoy should have just supported him so that we could still be progressive?

You see, why oppose ?? cause you see corruption by the president?? if she would be ousted, what then What will it bring?? the president is just one person, one person can't make a whole country. We oppose because we see what we don't like. I we see a father who brings thousand of pesos to his family abusing his child, should we just say 'pasagdihi na lng', even in progressive countries we can still see opposition groups.

    - eventually..FK, MOSIMOS/ISTORYADOR..etc will celebrate
i will celebrate when the current opposition will rule? nah, why would I? you assume to much.

..as i fully analyze our current political situation, i come to think that ERAP is behind every plan the OPPOSITION will trounce on PGMA..impeachments, destabilization..et al
do you have evidence about this? or is this just chismis?

for me a wrong is a wrong... you must face the issue head-on to solve it. Just like the nursing leakage issue, those students who took the licensure exam will carry the issue with them until the issue is resolve properly... not by just saying "I DID NOT CHEAT".
And that's the purpose of having an impeachment, to resolve the issue properly.

Your principle is good, but it is lopsided in favor of the oppositions. Can't you see the wrongdoings of the other party? if you want to prosecute PGMA for her mistakes, then why don't you prosecute the oppositions as well!

don't tell me that the oppositions did not resorted to any vote buying and election riggings!

all you want is to iron out things with regards to PGMA, how bout the other party?..let's just be fair!

The Lagman twist now says that the bar extends not just to the date of "referral," but the date of "receipt" by the committee. By that reckoning, all but one of the complaints are deemed premature. And irony of ironies, [b]had Lagman used this formula last year, the Lozano complaint could not have barred the stronger impeachment complaints because all of them were referred to and received by the justice committee on the same day! What a difference a year makes.
I can't find a link to last years proceedings but I guess there was indeed inconsistencies. tsk... tsk... tsk...

of course we should... if the opposition did bug GMA, file a case against them, but wait why is it that there are no case against those wiretappers? BTW ERAP is now being prosecuted... what wrongdoings of the opposition is not prosecuted?

don't tell me that the oppositions did not resorted to any vote buying and election riggings!
Yes they could have... but I haven't heard nor read issues against them... if they have bring it out also.

for all we know GMA is in power... they can do anything to prosecute those persons who are against her. But what is dangerous is those persons who are in power. Take for example Aragoncillo case, the administration is requesting the US for documents so that they can prosecute ERAP and Lacson, but why is it that they are somewhat sleeping on the case of Joc-joc Bolante, who is accused of plundering the ferlizer funds? Those funds are from the poor farmers... are you saying that those farmers are less important than US interest? Is this what you call fairness?
