edgeknife, as I have stated, moderators are chosen based on their overall contribution to the forums and our activities... apart from that, they must earn my trust and confidence... so yeah, in a way windox is right... you must be within my "comfort zone" in order to be chosen... but nothing is guaranteed... moderator or not, what matters most is your sincere intention in helping the community as a whole.

HOLY CWAP! I can't believe I started this topic back then. I can't believe I wasn't banned for this. I apologize for my raging hormones.

Anyway, I guarantee that I've changed a lot since then.

And I just realized, if I was offered a moderator post now, I'm not even sure if I could handle the responsibility. Through the years, I realized dli jud lalim ma mod dri sa istorya. I admire these people for all their good work, ethics, and judgment.

Anyway, I'm still active today, mostly sa Photography Forum. I try to help as many people as I can, and I try to get as much education as I can from the masters as well.

More power to BeOR, all the moderators, and the rest of the istorya community!

nakasulay nako ug moderator for 3 sites. Dili na siya sayon nga trabaho. Tanang post na assigned to you imo na bantayan. Basahon tanang Posts(kapoy oi). then the question is...Do you have the time to read those Post? Active jud dapat.

Just my point. Dili siya sayon, it's not simple. Judging a single post alone is not easy.

Wow! what an old post ... but yes I do agree with Vern , it seems even in the question to start topic there is a sense of "whatever" ... off course this is my opinion , you have to show interest to begin with.

The question I want to ask people is Why do you want to be a MOD?
