naluoy ko sa tanod pero intawn ngano nag tinanga man sab tawn cya woist. ug sa iyang ka hawod na lng ug gusto nga naay guro award ning sulong jud ug nag dala ug pusil. tsk tsk tsk karon namatya nuon ang iyang gi tuohan. i wonder how the actor's family would react to the tanod's defense. In the end my sympathy goes to the actor who was shot due to "maling akala"

Asked why he has a firearm, the suspect said he only borrowed it, but he refused to identify the owner. Aside from the gun ban currently implemented, the law prohibits barangay tanods to bring firearms if they do not have the necessary permits and license.

this should be added to the many reason why tanods should not be armed.i hate to say this pero daghang tanod na walay training nya mo insist pa ug dala dala ug armas.limot sila na ang function gyud nila is deterrence and dili suppression.they are just there to assist police ug dili sila mag pa pulis pulis.
